These two videos were produced as part of SGInnovate Summation Run 13 Recruitment Campaign, telling the stories of what an Apprenticeship under the Summation Programme is like at two tech start-ups – one a medical technology company, and the other a supply chain management technology solutions provider.

Interweaving the companies’ unique working cultures with the takeaways that each young talent had after their Apprenticeship journey through the use of interviews intercut with cutaways, the video showcases the office environment and nurturing mentorship that can be expected at each start-up, budding young talent can get a better idea of what it would be like to work at such companies.
